Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the mobile car cleaning services booked with Albert Wash. Confirming a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Services and limitations

Albert Wash provides mobile waterless car care using lightweight equipment. Services do not include injection-extraction, steam cleaning, high-pressure washing, paintwork restoration, or any guarantee that deeply embedded stains can be fully removed.

3. Access to the vehicle

The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible, legally parked and surrounded by sufficient working space. Personal belongings must be removed and any known fragility or damage must be reported before the service.

4. Prices and additional charges

The total price is displayed before confirmation. A very dirty vehicle, significant sand, pet hair or exceptional additional working time may result in an extra charge announced before the service. No additional charge is applied without the customer’s agreement.

5. Booking and payment

The time slot is secured once the selected booking process has been confirmed. Online payments are processed by the payment providers shown during checkout; Albert Wash does not store complete bank card details.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

The customer may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment using the link included in the confirmation. If weather or other conditions do not allow the service to be carried out safely and to the expected standard, a new appointment will be proposed.

7. Complaints

The customer is invited to check the result at the end of the service. Any issue should be reported promptly to info@albertwash.com so that an appropriate solution can be considered.

8. Applicable law and mediation

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. The details of the consumer mediator selected by the business must be added here before the commercial launch.
